Farmer's Square in Frasso Sabino

The market was inaugurated in 2010, and is the result of a collaboration between the Municipality of Frasso Sabino and Arsial, Lazio's Regional Agency for Agricultural Development and Innovation. In terms of size and recorded attendance, the Frasso Sabino farmers' market can be counted among the largest in the region: with 66 sales stations and about 7,000 patrons per market day. The market is held every first Sunday of the month, at the same time as the "Fair of Goods and Livestock": one of the most important fair events in Sabina, located in the immediate vicinity.
