Montenero Val Cocchiara and the community markets

Montenero is a beautiful village all to visit in the province of Isernia just a few kilometers from the Molise/Abruzzo border. The community gathers at the weekly market, which has two dates: Tuesday mornings and Sunday mornings always from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. In addition to the ever-present food chain, hawkers and merchants offer customers agricultural products, housewares, and garden and vegetable care products.
