The International White Truffle Fair

When people talk about white truffles, they immediately think of the city of Alba, and it is to this territorial excellence that the major international fair held in the Piedmontese city on weekends from October through early December is dedicated. Folkloric events and historical re-enactments are organized for the occasion, but above all engaging cooking shows, where the white truffle is the absolute star. Also enlivening the event are olfactory and sensory tastings and numerous stands where you can enjoy dishes based on this exceptional product.
