The Italian Rice and Risotto Fair

For an entire month in Isola della Scala, excellence at the table will be celebrated. The Palariso, an exhibition space of more than 40,000 square meters, will feature various rice producers and chefs; conferences, videos and activities for insiders aimed at promoting this food will be held. Visitors will have the opportunity for tastings, lunches and dinners with His Majesty Rice, accompanied by classic seasonings and innovations.
