August Fair and Brigid Festival

Every year in Lamporecchio-a hamlet of San Baronto-an engaging Fair is held in August, during which the streets of the town are enlivened by numerous events for all ages. The absolute star of the fair is the delicious "Brigidino," a traditional anise-scented sweet with ancient origins. There is no shortage of concerts, craft beer tastings and gastronomic offerings designed to enhance the products and culinary traditions of the area. The festival ends with a fireworks display.
