The Bread Festival "Du Ble' Au Pain"

La Magdeleine is a cozy village in Valtournenche of few inhabitants but great and ancient traditions. One of these is the Bread Festival here called "Du Blé Au Pain," which enlivens the small village on the first weekend of October. It will be interesting to walk the itinerary of the Mills where cereals were once ground, and to watch the preparation and baking of bread in the Community Ovens that every village in Valle d'Aosta preserves. You will be able to taste typical Valdostan dishes based on bread and be entertained by live music and dancing and as a backdrop the spectacular natural scenery of the Matterhorn
