The Inverdurata

In the beautiful village of Pachino, a special competition dedicated to the creation of plant mosaics, including fruits and vegetables, takes place every year in May. During the course of the year, about 16 sketches are selected from those submitted that must comply with the theme proposed by the committee and then created during the event. The mosaics are, then, created in May during Friday night in Via Roma, where they remain on display for three days - from Saturday to Monday.
