National White Truffle Fair in Sant'Agata Feltria
The delights of the white truffle in the Upper Marecchia Valley
The town of Sant'Agata Feltria is home to one of the most typical treasures that the Italian forests give us, the white truffle. The town dedicates a National Fair to this product, among the most important in the sector. The truffle is the undisputed star of the event, the highest expression of the Alta Valmarecchia territory.
The event enlivens the streets of the village and the main square with stands promoting each gastronomic excellence during the Sundays of October. In the "Restaurant Shed," a journey through recipes is proposed where the truffle is exalted in all its forms.
One of the most special moments of the event is the truffle dog competition, during which one can watch the search live. There is no shortage of shows, exhibitions and entertainment for all!
