Manure Festival: the Food of the Earth and Solidarity

The Event organized by Bio-Appennino, Rete Humus, Santa Rita Bio Caseificio Sociale 1964 promotes Organic and Biodynamic agriculture the sustainable management of natural resources, and solidarity between producers and consumers. During the four-day event there will be meetings, competitions, parmesan cheese wheel opening competitions, shepherds-sheep-wool, organic producers' market and artistic crafts, children's workshops, live music and logically a lot of good organic food at zero km.
