Feast of Radicchio Rosso di Treviso IGP

Every year, for three weekends between the months of January and February, a tasty event is renewed in Dosson, the Radicchio Rosso di Treviso IGP Festival. During the event-which is attended by local producers and restaurateurs-stands are set up where the local product of excellence can be tasted in numerous dishes, from typical and traditional ones to more gourmet and revisited versions, including fried radicchio. There is no shortage of shows and entertainment of various kinds.
