Cicchetto festival in Briana di Noale

In Briana, three days a year we enjoy music while savoring the quintessential appetizer of Venetian cuisine: the cicchetto. Here we find it in many ways, delicious the one with baccalà mantecato, with sarde in saor, with tuna sauce and sun-dried tomatoes, with mortadella and pistachio and again with pecorino cheese, fig jam and lardo di colonnata. A must to accompany it with "un ombretta" of white or red wine.
