29th "Bò" Festival in Cervarese Santa Croce
In the Euganean Hills, the Bove simmers.
In the square of Cervarese Santa Croce a whole Ox is cooked in the open air for about 20 hours, from Saturday evening to Sunday morning, where to the delight of the visitors it will be served for lunch. A traditional village festival that every year is renewed in the menu and in the events that are proposed.
From homemade egg pasta to "cicchetti" to "fritole" and logically the meat in all possible cuts and cooking, Roast, Roast Beef, Spiedo, Tagliata etc. There will be cabaret shows, live music and dancing, rich prizes with the Wheel of Fortune and a book and hobby market. At the conclusion of the 6 evenings of the festival a kaleidoscopic fireworks display.
