The Queriniana Library also opens its doors on Sundays! During the special openings of Brescia's historic library, it will be possible to visit the historical rooms and follow the librarians' explanations on different topics while admiring the ancient texts put on display.
The Queriniana's holdings include about 600,000 printed volumes, including ancient and modern, and more than 10,000 manuscripts, including codices, loose documents and epistolary materials. At least two shifts in the same morning are organized for each guided tour, one at 9:30 a.m. and one at 11 a.m. Reservations are required and will be available from 10 days before each event.
