Biancolatte, the gold of the Upper Ossola.

A festival dedicated to dairy products from the Upper Ossola, with a market exhibition of local products featuring local dairy and agricultural producers and an exhibition related to the world of cheesemaking. Other events during the days include: demonstration of cheese wheel marking, tastings, lunches and dinners with local products, and concerts of traditional alpine music. Nature hikes are also organized to introduce people to the beauty of the area. Some of the activities are fee-based and by reservation.
