Bergarè: Let’s Learn About Bergamot

In October, the Aragonese Castle in Reggio Calabria becomes the home of Calabrian bergamot during Bergarè, the event that celebrates and promotes bergamot and everything related to it: the region where it is grown, the specialized producers, and all the experts who use it in cooking. There will also be displays of the culture and traditions of this beautiful region, shaped in part by the fruits it produces. During the event, the castle square will host the Bergarè Village, where visitors can find companies from the supply chain, cooking demonstrations, street food, entertainment, and performances. There will also be engaging educational sessions dedicated to industry experts or curious visitors who wish to deepen their knowledge of bergamot and its world.
