Easter bows

A unique tradition, that of the Easter Arches, which has its own recognized historicity in the village of San Biagio Platani. Since the second half of the 17th century, during the celebration of Easter, these wonders were installed in the village, which are based on the triumphal arch, a strong symbolism connected to basilican architecture. The arches mark the limit, the passage, the sacred space where life triumphs over death. During the event it will be possible to go in search of tradition with guided tours, historical and unpublished routes and cultural insights: there will be no lack of moments dedicated to local gastronomy and entertainment. An evocative, unique event, felt by the community and "produced" by enthusiasts!
