For two long weekends in August Flaibano enlivens the entire hillside community of Friuli with a festival of good food and local products. The undisputed protagonist is Frico, also in herb and spicy variants, as well as tasty rotisserie: rib, spit-roasted chicken, sausage... What makes the Flaibano festival unique?
